Domestic Tour Cancellation Policy

At Supan Travels, we value your travel plans and aim to be as flexible as possible. However, domestic tours also require prior arrangements with hotels, transport providers, and other partners. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both parties.

1. More than 30 Days Before Departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.

2. Between 16–30 Days Before Departure: Certain management costs will be deducted.

3. Between 7–14 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.

4. Between 3–6 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.

5. Important Notes:
• Air/train/bus tickets, permits, and entry fees (if included) are non-refundable once booked.
• Air/rail/hotel refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
• In case of natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, Supan Travels will offer rescheduling options, credit vouchers, or partial refunds depending on the situation and supplier policies.
• Date changes requested by the traveler will be treated as cancellations unless specified otherwise.
• If the tour is canceled by Supan Travels for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit note with no deduction.

6. Cancellation Process: To cancel your tour, please send a written request via email to supantravels@gmail.com with your booking reference number. Cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written request.
