Adventure Tour Guidelines & Policies
1. Who Can Join: Minimum age 12 years (varies by activity). Good
health and fitness required. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
2. How to Book: Secure your spot with full or partial payment via
card, UPI, net banking, or cash.
3. Safety First: Always follow your guide’s instructions. Use the
safety gear provided (helmets, harnesses, life jackets, etc.). Unsafe behavior may
lead to removal from the activity.
4. What to Wear: Comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear.
Extra layers and waterproof gear recommended depending on the location.
5. Weather & Schedule Changes: Tours may be rescheduled, delayed,
or modified due to weather, terrain, or safety concerns. Alternatives or refunds
will be provided when necessary.
6. Insurance & Responsibility: Basic activity insurance included.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Certain high-adventure
activities require a signed waiver.
7. Cancellation Policy (Adventure Camp & Trekking):
- Before more than 40 days of departure: 10%
- Before 21 to 40 days of departure: 25%
- Before 11 to 20 days of departure: 40%
- Before 2 to 10 days of departure: 60%
- In the last 48 hours of departure: 90%
In case of any advance paid and you are not able to pay the full amount by the last
given date,
your advance will be forfeited and will not be refundable for any category of
tours.
(Stay updated with the brochure or package sent to you for the cancellation policy
of specific tours.)
8. Emergency Care: First-aid kits and trained staff available.
Emergency evacuation will be arranged if needed.
